🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Mactees Toys for Kids

We want you (and your little ones!) to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and refund policy is here to help.

1. ✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The return is requested within the 30-day window.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Final sale or clearance items
Personalized or custom-made products
Used or damaged toys (unless the damage occurred during shipping)

2. 💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Notify you via email that we’ve received your return.
Approve or reject your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. 🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

4. 🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

5. 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your toy arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
